interview was a normal process. had 2 rounds of interview. Firstly a telephonic and then a face to face interview which was more of behavioural questions and had to use the STAR model to answer the questions.

Video interview by Sonru was offered an hour after submitting resume.
It had a deadline of 48 hours but became extended two times and I completed it 5 days later on the morning.
It was supposed to be 30 minutes but amazingly after 5 question and 14 minutes it finished.

Introduced to hiring manager who wouldn't even look at you when speaking. Was just going through motions, they never took any notes, they obviously already decided on someone before even inviting others; why waste people's time?
