Asked me if it would interfere with my side work that I do (self employed) on weekends.

I said no, as they close early on Saturdays anyway, and my side work is at night. I also said if it conflicts that I would just have to make other arrangements so that I would be available. No problem as I am looking towards the long term and growing with the company.
