There were two interviews in the process and both covered my experience and my interest growing within the company and in the financial services industry. They also explained the Series licenses I would need if I were to get the position.

The interview process was fairly quick. I applied for the position on July 21st. I received an email (July 23) from Sara Russell requesting that I speak with the Talent Acquisition Partner - Brittney LaBrie. I received a call from Brittney on July 25th. I did well - thus, she scheduled an in-person interview on July 30th where I met the VP of Sales and Consulting (Frank), Sales Coordinator -Team Lead (Elyssa), and Amanda (Manager of Sales Consultants). Next, I had a phone call with Joel (Manager of Sales Consultants). Finally, the VP of HR (Rebecca) called and offered the job.
