Entrevista
The whole process included 4 interviews, one online with HR representative, two in the company’s office (one with team lead and one with director of operation). The last one was also online, with Account Manager. The number of interviews is a bit high, but at least everything (from the first interview to the job offer) took around 2 weeks, which is very fast comparing to other companies. The interviews were a bit challenging, it’s good to thoroughly read about the company and position before interview.

The interview process consists of 3 rounds. First round is with HR (mainly CV questions and company presentation). Second round with a member of the team. Last round is with a director.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter for the role, after my CV was sent to the company a video interview was arranged within a week. Here questions about my work experience were asked and how I fit in the role I applied for. After passing this I was invited to the office in London which took 2 weeks. Thr interview process took 2 hours. 1 hour involved discussing the value chain of a company and the second stage involved competency based questions.
I was told I would receive a response by Monday the following week. Since it was Tuesday already and i didn't hear back I contacted my recruiter. She received a response saying they would like to continue with my application to the next stage and was requested to contact someone in HR. After she did that she didn't receive a response until Thursday, which stated that they do not want to proceed with my application. Clearly there is miscommunication between the different drpartments. It would be great if the company would keep their word and respond to interviewees when promised to do so.
