I met with the Senior Branch Manager and a Lead Teller for an in-person, 30-minute interview. Both were very welcoming and asked general interview questions about why I applied for the position and to expand on relevant professional experience. I was provided with a greater overview of the position requirements, daily duties, and work schedule, and informed of the duration and location of training prior to starting the position.

The interview process was so quick and easy. I got a call and spoke with the recruiter, then I got set up with an in person interview. Within a few days I got a call with a job offer.

Entrevista
I interviewed for this position three separate times. The first two interviews were during the acquisition of Sandy Shores Banks, so I knew there would be a bit of scrambling. On my third and final interview, I had been transparent with my interviewers and told them I kept applying because I see a future here, a potential for a long, rewarding career that can end in secure retirement. I'm only 28, but I'm ready for the road ahead.

Here's the situation: You are assisting a client with cash at the teller desk. When you look up, you realize a line has formed and some of the clients are displaying impatient body language, what do you do to ensure the client you are currently facing, and the future clients have their needs met efficiently?
