Kept me hanging on for almost a year throughout the process only to rudely grill me during interview, admittedly by interviewer much more intensively than other candidates due to me having more experience / changing career course. But generally just felt like they already made their minds up they didn’t want me and needed to keep grilling me until I tripped up in interview so they could use that as the excuse.

Weirdly interrogated me for ages about a previous startup idea we tried to get off the ground and almost argued with me (incorrectly) about the technical feasibility about GPS. It was all a bit confusing and blatantly a ploy to throw me off and test if I would become defensive or hostile, as if he was trying to back me into a corner. At that point I already knew even if I got an offer that the culture reeked of toxicity.

le processus de l'entretien d'embauche est rapide, avec une réponse en moins de 1 mois, puis une intégration au sein des effectifs dans le cadre d'un CDI en tant que consultant IT
RDV1 : avec un consultant. Très bon échange
RDV2 : avec un manager. Excellent échange également
RDV3 : échange assez froid avec un directeur de BU. Uniquement des études de cas. Pas de retour du recruteur
