Entrevista
The application & selection process was too lengthy and lacking clear timelines. It included many rounds of interviews (preliminary phone calls, conversations with subject matter experts, submitting a teaching proposal, making an active teaching demonstration, follow-up conversations, interview with the chairman), spread over 3 months.
1st round was an online zoom call interview followed by a second round where certain tasks were given to be completed within a stipulated deadline and to be submitted back.
