Initial screening call with Team Leader, then online panel interview with Deputy Head of School, Team Leader, Faculty Director of Strategy and Operations and Team Coordinator. Interview was held approx one month after applying for the job.

I submitted my online application and within 10 minutes received an email that I was unsuccessful. I work in HR and I would never reject a candidate within minutes of an application. That process is completely disrespectful of a candidates time and shows there was no consideration taken. I'm appalled by recruitment teams that act this way.
