Was screened over the phone for about 30 minutes by a member of the HR team. Was asked a variety of questions pertaining to my digital marketing experience including ones about specific technologies and platforms.

Didn't make it very far in the process. Set up the standard 20-minute call with the HR rep. One of the most frustrating calls I have ever been on. The HR rep just introduced themselves and then rapid-fired a bunch of canned questions. Then they basically said the next steps were some 10-minute assessment I needed to score high on to be considered for the next steps. It was so robotic and awkward that I just declined any next steps. Major red flags if the HR person couldn't even muster the slightest bit of enthusiasm.
