It is a very long interview process. It took a total of 3 months to get through almost all the interviews.

3- interview with a manager where you get to ask the questions

This company is growing and seems to have a very diverse work environment and they mentioned many times that they have plenty of opportunities to grow. In 2 of the 4 interviews, I did my interviewers seemed very distracted. They really only asked me 3-5 questions and during my responses would text on their phone or were doing other things on their desktop and so I had to repeat myself a lot. I also always had to email my recruiter every 2 weeks to ask if I was still in the interview process between every interview.

Entrevista
4 different interviews with different managers and roles. The process starts by explaining the key elements of the role and presenting yourself to live hands on multitasking test by handling two chats at the same time. Recruiter was always available and very friendly.

Entrevista
The whole process took over 2 months and I went through 8 interviews. 1. Interview with HR background check 2. Interview to test language skills 3. Interview with the manager about skills and motivations 4. Role play with the manager and one team manager. Simple tasks about chatting and responding to emails from customers. 5, 6, 7, 8. It was a pannel interview, 30 min with each team member/manager. I was measured against the company's values. Overall an over demanding process for an entry-level position but everyone was very respecful and the interviews were very relaxed.
