You just need to answer the phone, the interviewer ask very basic questions as if they are trying to hire the largest amount of employees possible, quantity over quality.
Very easy interview especially if you had experience in ABA and working with children with or without disabilities. The interviews were over the phone because the headquarters are based in Nevada. The interviewer was very friendly and took the time to answer all the questions I had.
