Very bad recruitment process. Waste of time. They made me speak to a director, even knowing my German level was advanced, but not native. The director in the first 5 minutes told me that he expected a native level. This is a racist comment and shows a lack of structure in the process. Also, the talent acquisition manager said another position would be open in the team for international recruiting, with no requirements to be a german speaker, and that I would receive an offer soon. The offer has never arrived.
