Very relaxed interview process. I had interviewed with three different people the VP of sales, area manager, and hiring manager. They will ask you about your experience and vision with the company. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and seem to want you and the company to succeed.
My experience consisted of 3 rounds, HR , manager, then upper management. It was more of a conversation rather than a formal interview. Avantor is a great company to work for.

It was a hurried process that took place via zoom video. She asked about my past experience. She wanted to know my familiarity with vwr products and if I had experience using any of them in my past roles.
