The first stage of the interview was nice and easy. I had a short interview the recruitment agency which consisted of some general questions regarding my current job, my employment status and salary exceptions. The also asked me regarding my portfolio and some of the relevant experiences that I had and the technologies that I used before. After that I had a telephone interview with the manager at the Aviva. It lasted 30mins and he started of my explaining the company and then the role. He then asked me what was appealing to me about the company and what would be my ideal job title. After the interview they sent me technical challenge which consisted of coding a PSD file. I submitted the finished code but never heard from them. I tried to chase up the agency as I was quite hopeful I would have gotten through to the next stage; but even the agency didnt have any updates. VERY DISAPPOINTED
