Received a call to arrange an interview, overall was an easy process. I was required to listen to calls with an advisor for an hour or so and then speak to leaders in a relaxed interview. However, working hours that were specified in interview are not a reality when working. Inconsistent hours with little to no routine.

What is a situation where you were confronted with a problem and what did you do?
The interview process was good. The girl I spoke to was kind, they asked me standard questions for a normal interview. The process was nice and smooth. Didn't have any problems with that.

Virtual interview with competency based questions. Specific examples needed to link to competency questions. Role play undertaken. Interview process Lasted around one hour. Interviewers friendly and put you at ease.

Very long, there were many stages. The day was very chaotic and unorganised.

-Sitting in the call centre shadowing for an hour.
-Typing test (they use a website from google).
-Strength based questions.
-Holiday Task.
