      1. Situational Judgement Test based on their values. 2. Self recorded video interviews 3. Virtual Assessment Centre - included 3 stages: (a) group exercise, (b) interview, (c) micro exercises. 3a) for the group exercise, a rather simple case study was given - the aim was to check how well you work in a group setting. for this ensure the following: no need to showcase leadership if it does not come naturally, i.e., don't talk over someone, don't take over the conversation, do not dominate or pressure team members to accept your view point. focus on actively listening to the team members, challenge them on their views ONLY IF NEEDED (but not often), speak when necessary, keep a track of the time, and try to include everyone. Additionally, extra information is presented towards the end, ensure that you incorporate it in the presentation. they will ask you how you felt about that information being given towards the end. after presentation is over, you will be asked questions. make sure that you answer as thoughtfully as possible. do not shy away from asking for a few seconds to think and then respond - same goes for the interview. 3b) interview was quite straightforward: questions were forgettable so can't remember them, but they centred most around the company, the pathway, stakeholder management, how you prioritise, alignment with the values of the company, etc. 3c) the most stressful part - 4 types of exercise (30 seconds to read the questions and 30 seconds to answer) and you get 2 minutes of break between each (make sure that you take them to calm yourself). the first one was to rank softwares/electronics that aviva is most likely to use. 2nd one was a situational judgement one when you had to rank preferences and afterwards had to give an explanation as to why. can't remember the 3rd one. 4th one was how to seat people based on their relationships - basically problem solving. After each exercise, they will ask you 1 question on it - answer as quickly and thoughtfully as possible. MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE TALKING WHILE YOU'RE THINKING. THEY WANT TO KNOW HOW YOU THINK. DO NOT THINK IN YOUR MIND. THINK ALOUD.
