Received an exhaustive assignment consisting of 3 tasks. These tasks were time consuming and takes good 15 to 20 hours of investment. After the first round, I received a call for the second round. The second round was more focused on my roles and responsibilities and my knowledge on their requirements. I was given an assignment which I was able to complete and share on the same day. After this round, the team left no remark or no note. HR executive was not reachable via phone and emails were not responded. Absolute no courtesy to the interviewee even after spending hours as part of the process.

It was the worst company to interview with. The entire process took over a month, and they ghosted me for weeks in between. I applied through their career page and received a phone call from HR. The first round was a telephone interview with HR. Following that, I was given a take-home assignment consisting of three tasks and one presentation (focused on Python, NLP, and AI). They gave me three days to complete it. After submitting the assignment, I was interviewed by a Senior Analyst from the team. They asked questions related to my Python code, NLP techniques, and previous projects. I cleared that round and moved on to the next, which was with the Lead. They primarily asked for a self-introduction, details about past projects, and a few questions related to responsibilities. After that, there was no communication. Despite sending multiple emails and making several phone calls, I heard nothing from them. After almost a month, they emailed me that I had been rejected. When I called HR they said there were other candidates with advanced experience (not mentioned in the JD). If other candidates had advanced experience, why did they clear me after the Take Home Assignment round and F2F round with the Senior Analyst? No answer to that.

The interview process was well-organized, with all interviews scheduled promptly and conducted seamlessly. I particularly appreciated the assignment round, which was both interesting and engaging. The technical interviews were thorough and provided an excellent opportunity to showcase my skills.
