I went through a recruiter. The first stage of the interview was 30 mins. The second stage of interview process was 3.5 hours with 4 people (45 mins each). It was completely exhausting and time consuming. Prior to the second round, they sent a questionnaire for me to complete. It was more like a written test. This was the worse interview process ever. During the interviews, I learned that the revenue accounting department lacks the basic processes and overwork their employees. I was told by the recruiter that the hours for the job were no more than 55 hours during busy times. Well, during the interview, I was told the hours were 50-55 on a weekly basis and 55-90 hours during busy times. My recruiter actually called to apologize because they provided her with misinformation. I expressed my concerns for the long hours during my interview. Those are public accounting hours and would rather just stay in public accounting.
