they require a personality exam and then you meet with the founder. Another review for this company stated "The founder asks strange questions in the interview, about your personal character, most of the time it felt like you were being toyed with for some sick amusement. " I can confirm this is what I experienced as well. My suspicion is that he thinks of himself as some kind of mastermind and thinks prodding you with crazy questions and getting you to "crack" will reveal something. Regardless, it was a very unprofessional interview and interview process. I could tell my time wasn't valued, they grossly misrepresented the time required. The founder also caused his own delays and could often be heard yelling while I was waiting for the interview to begin. Also, the salary is posted at 50K but when I arrived and was asked what kind of compensation I was seeking, I stated that the job listing said 50K and they responded that it was NOT the salary for the position. Probably the worst interview I've ever experienced.

So I applied for this position online, I received an email for a quick phone screen, which lasted for about 15-20 mins, just the basic questions on my profile and my skills. I was then asked to come up for an in-person interview. I was interviewed by this recruiter and the Vice President I believe. Interview was mostly just behavioral questions and an analytical test, which was pretty decent. But for some reason I got a mail after a few days saying they've opted for someone with more relevant experience.
