Recruiter phone call, hiring manager phone call, technical panel.
Recruiter call is pretty straightforward, the role and what you're looking for. Hiring manager call was more personal and cultural fit. Technical panel was a group asking situational questions, going through my experience, etc.
I ended up getting an offer at a lower level than the role I applied for, so the financials did not make sense. When questioned as to why, the response was "this is how the group beat felt you'd fit into the organization". Can't say I think that was a good answer. I ultimately rejected the offer when they refused my counter offer.
