Positive, Relaxed, Informative. The director was very friendly and the interview flowed nicely. It was more of a conversational interview and there was a lot of discussion about the job and the requirements. I was able to get an understanding of what was expected from me and other employees which gave me a good understanding of what I would doing for 8 (or plus) hours. That information, for me, is very important because it lets me know whether its something I can imagine doing for awhile. The last thing I want to do is waste the employers time or mine.

Two interviews. Very easy and everyone I interviewed with was kind, positive, and answered all of my questions.
Unfortunately, the base pay offer came in below the advertised rate and was EXTREMELY low, especially in a VHCOL area. I could not accept this offer.

Sent my application via LinkedIn. Was contacted via text message for my first phone interview. First was with the Talent support which was a brief phone call about my experiences. Second round was a longer phone interview describing the role. Third round, I went directly to the BAYADA office to have a panel interview with their Director and Client Services Manager

Entrevista
Met with hiring personnel, Interviewed was given an expectation on the hiring time frame. After 2 months of waiting only to be told the position is no longer available. Supposedly other company needs needed tending to.
