Entrevista
I initally applied on line. I was called the next day by a phone interviewer who asked me many questions about previous job and school places. Then the day after that I was called for a group interview with the teller manager and the teller coordinator and another HR person. They asked more questions and the whole interview was about an hour. After 2.5 weeks of waiting I got a call back and was offered the job the same day he called! I then completed drug test/ fingerprinting/ background checking.

The interview was pretty easygoing, they asked very basic customer service questions along with some cash handling and sales questions. The interviewer who was the manager for the branch was nice and friendly.

What are some past sales experience that you have?
Smooth and easy process. Interview questioned were standard. I had no issues getting a call back to be hired on immediately. I support this type of interview and hope they uphold this process going forward
Had 2 interviews, was told I would be offered the job, the branch manager ended up quitting. I had to follow up multiple times and was given an impromptu phone interview with zero warning - never heard back, was totally ghosted. Overall disorganized.
