Applied for NY role: 1 call with HR in the Manhattan office, 1 call with Strategic Designer from Manhattan Office, a 48 hour design challenge, in-person interviews (design challenge presentation with 3 people, then 2 individual interview about team (with a Snr. Experience Designer) and leadership (with a Venture Architect Lead), then presentation of design challenge again over webcam.
Initial reply to my application was very quick, but it took FOREVER to get interviews scheduled, which is why process took 1+ months to conclude. When they rejected me, they asked me to schedule a call for a week later without telling me if I received the job or not, but on the call, they wouldn't provide feedback, just told me I didn't get the offer. Why not just email????
Design challenge was more about experience design rather than research, so not the most fitting to the job description.

What's one project you've done / experience you've had that embodies the type of work you want to do in the future?
Design challenge: really convoluted ways of asking: how will people use it? Why will the client use it? (they come up with a use case - if it doesn't align with your vision, just take a step back and answer the how / why will people use it question.

Overall, it was an excellently planned process. The Practical (take home assignment) was challenging but allowed me to test my skills. The recruiter was incredibly helpful and shared valuable feedback afterwards.

Entrevista
The interview process was long but very efficient. The Recruiter helped me along the way, ensuring I understood each step of the process. Overall it was not a difficult interview and the team all seemed eager to help me gain a better understanding of the role and how I could help the team. There is a take-home problem as the last step with a presentation.
