I spoke to a woman on the phone who was very friendly. She gave me a quick run-down of the interview process and shortly after that she began asking me the interview questions. The questions asked about technical knowledge, desire to work for the company, knowledge about the company's other mines. I was also given a random scenario to react and respond to. Ultimately did not get a placement, which is suspect is mostly due to the fact that I had only just finished first year and truthfully have little technical expertise and no previous mining industry work experience.
