Initial telephone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview with hiring manager at a BMO office location. Offer letter was received within 2 weeks. Probation for 3 months before benefits kicked in.

The interview consisted of approximately five behavioral questions and lasted around 30 minutes. It was conducted through their HR website, which was well-organized, user-friendly, and easy to navigate. In the end you can also submit any questions you may have.
