Applied online through campus career website, and online through BNSF. After applying I was contacted by email to take a simple basic mathematics and behavioral test. Then one week later I was contacted by phone to schedule a phone interview the following week. The phone interview took 10-15 mins and asked basic behavioral questions.

There are two Interviews. One interview was online via webcam and the other was in person at the BNSF company headquarters in Fort Worth, TX. All behavioral questions using STAR format.

I was asked to complete a 100 question online test of mostly manager and personal skills. I was then invited to participate in an online self recorded interview. After this interview I was invited to the 2-day hiring event in Fort Worth, TX where I had another critical thinking test and panel interview.
