I was interviewed at BNY Mellon (Pune) Interview The hiring process started with a direct call from the Recruitment team of BNY Mellon. The process involves below rounds, each of which was an elimination round: 1. HackerRank coding test (90mins) 2. L1 Technical - Low Level Design and peer coding 3. L2 Technical - High Level Design 4. L3 Behavioural/Managerial/Bar Raiser 5. HR discussion Post HR, the process was a bit slow and took almost a month to roll out the offer. One possible reason for delay cound be due to Christmas-New Year vacations.

Staffing Agency was very prompt and came through on the timing, information of the interviewers and closure after each interview. Interview was very meticulous, well prepared by the interviewers, and very much on time.
