Began with an application form where i would include my CV. I then completed a situational strengths test and Video interview, in which you have around 2 minutes to answer each question. I have now been invited to the assessment centre.

The interview process was clear and professionally handled. It included three rounds: an initial HR screening, a competency-based interview with the hiring manager, and a final case study round. The questions were well-structured, and communication throughout was prompt and transparent. Overall, the experience gave a good insight into the company’s expectations and work culture.
