The BT interview process is typically thorough, involving an initial phone screening, followed by a video or in-person interview with competency-based and technical questions, and sometimes an assessment center. Overall, it's professional, structured, and focused on cultural fit.
Smooth first interview, typical HR questions. Questions were related to my background and previous job, mostly. Some language assessment as well. They also asked about my strengths, weaknesses, and how I handle challenges, while maintaining a friendly tone that made the conversation feel comfortable and engaging throughout the interview process overall.

Joke of a place. Management is seriously lacking empathy and communication skills. Very poor display overall. You’re only a number to these type of companies. Not acceptable in 2026. In Prison you’re treated better
