The first step is a simple online application. Then a recorded interview followed a few weeks later by a Zoom format interview. I did not make it to the next level.

Pergunta 1
Very typical interview questions such as why Backroads, how would your friends describe you etc. I was also asked to role model certain questions such as pretend you are a guide and a guest complains about the accommodations, how do you respond?
It is a long process, 4 different steps, last one is normally a in real life event. There is lot of role play during the interview , you are asked how you would react in many difficult situations

What would you do if somebody was really tired during a trip?
