I was invited to an online interview following a written application. The talk was friendly and professional. It was more of a back and forth conversation where they wanted me to find out more about the work and culture there and what would be expected of me.

Simple interview, basically getting to know you better as a person and if you will be the right fit for the firm. Not many technical questions, but more so based on your experiences.
