Initial interview was with HR person and very scripted. Second interview was with the regional Medical Director and some other lady. They hinted at a third face to face interview that would take place if they were interested further. Generally a long process with interviews taking place on Friday or Monday and having to wait a few days in between to hear back. They did have the curtesy to let you know either way though.

There are 2 rounds, one with recruiter and the other with the area chief of staff. they are pretty easy taking, and the interview went really well. its not very difficult.
