- Works if you are fresh out of college and desperate for a job but for senior engineers they don´t have any leverage to justify their unprofessionalism

The process is very intensive, involving multiple tests (language, personality and cognitive) and preparing and delivering a 15 minute presentation. Interviews with multiple people and departments that lasts all day.
