There were 2 rounds in my interview. The process started with Resume Shortlist round and ended with One-on-one as the second and final round. I applied via Referral and was interviewed before Dec 2022.

Why do you want to choose BOA over any other company?
Very professional and business like. Typical bankers. Questions not difficult. Streamlined process of recruiting and interviewing. Employees were very thoughtful in explaining roles and responsibilities. Gave adequate description of a typical day. Just waiting to see where we go from here. No discussion about compensation or benefits yet.
