“The selection process was structured in three stages: first an Online Assessment (OA) with tests and/or motivational questions, then a phone/Teams interview (TI) to discuss my background and motivation, and finally an Assessment Center (AC) with three rounds including interviews, a case study and/or group exercises.”

First round is hirevue. Simple behavioural questions -- why this position, what is a time you went beyond what was required of you, etc. Given 7 days to complete Hirevue, then heard back about 10 days later.
