The process started at the end of Dec 2018 - To date.
I was contacted by one of the PMs on LinkedIn message for a job opening at BofA, I was intrigued and decided to take it forward.
This was my first red flag - I was not put in touch with an HR, nothing was discussed about my salary expectations.
First two rounds were telephonic. They invited me for an on-site F2F round.
I already have a job and it has been so long since the final round that I am definitely not writing this out of any frustration. However, I truly believe this company is definitely not worth the efforts and time. They are not professional and surely do not know how to treat their candidates with respect. In my opinion, this is the kind of company who would lay you off with no explanation as they don't seem to remotely care about professional ethics.
When I was invited for the on-site round - I did inquire if my travel expenses would be covered. When asked about travel expenses, the POC blatantly ignored my email. - Here was my next red flag.
After my F2F, I was told that they would get back to me in a couple of days, and it has been over a month now and I am yet to receive an update.
When I tried following up - the PM ignored that email as well.
I wonder whatever happened to professional ethics and courtesy. I feel like I dodged a huge bullet by not getting into a company with such little values.
