The interview went unprofessional. Referred by my friend and interview has been scheduled with out checking my availability. Later interview rescheduled and saw a different Interviewer in the panel. The interviewer started asking me all random technical questions what comes to his mind. The interview was one sided, the interviewer asks a question, keep starring at me. No clarity in the questions asked in my specialization (might have done some google search before coming to interview)
Later Hiring manager asked questions on project experience, development process, tools etc. it was nice experience.

Disappointing and Unprofessional Hiring Experience
I had a very poor experience with this company’s hiring process. They conducted three interview rounds over nearly 1.5 months, only to later indicate a preference for candidates from a specific location, which should have been communicated upfront. This resulted in a significant waste of time for the candidate.
The HR coordination was extremely unprofessional. Interview scheduling often took 15–20 days, with little to no proactive communication or updates. Follow-ups were either delayed or ignored, making the process unnecessarily frustrating.

Interview process was fine but HR was highly unprofessional as post getting selected for the position, opening went on hold but they didn't inform when candidates spent so much time on interview.
