The interview goes through 4 stages. After applying the applicant has to subscribe to an online platform where he's asked to do some logical and cognitive timed tests. Later on he's asked to repeat those tests with supervision followed by a psychological interview, all with the recruitment agency. Only once passed this phase will the applicant be able to reach the interview with the company's staff where he's presented with what's expected of him/her.
Only after passing this phase is the candidate able to discuss wage and actually be hired. A rather difficult process.
