The interview process was okay, It was on zoom. I was interviewed by two ladies and one of them were driving so she has poor connection. By the way I answered the question I thought I would’ve god hired but didn’t. I got an email the next day stating “ We greatly appreciate the time you took to apply for a position at Baptist Health South Florida and interview with our staff. After careful consideration, we decided to move forward with another candidate. Given our very large and competitive applicant pool, we have the challenging job of choosing from many qualified people.”
