WORST INTERVIEW PROCESS EVER. I would never recommend any graduate student to apply here. I applied for this position at Whipanny, NJ after they came to my college. I got a Behavioral fit questionnaire and then a small aptitude test in October 2022. I got a coding exercise right after. I didn't hear back from them until February 2023. I got a two round "Superday" interview. They postponed one of the interview by a couple days. After giving both interviews by 20th Febrary 2023, I emailed them every 15 days to get updates regarding my application. They kept me in the dark, said "We have an exhaustive list of applicants so please wait while we make a decision." I emailed them 9 times for updates and they said the same thing until July 7th when they replied in an email saying "Thank you for your interest but we have stopped hiring for 2023 graduates." It is very unprofessional to keep anyone hanging for so long. And the entire process took 8 months? Stay clear of Barclays. I don't know about the work culture on the inside but if this is what happens on the outside, I never want to get in.

Interview process included a coding round which consisted of 2 coding questions and 45 mcq which were based on different language and dbms. Then there was one round of interview, in which I was asked about my projects , one dsa question and some puzzles.
