Did interviews for a total of 4 roles. Had a racist interviewer once, a HM who questioned me stuff way beyond the roles expectations and two rounds with HR which never went anywhere. Overall very poor experience, HR never replies, never does anything in reality. Round scheduling is very slow and arduous. Thumbs down 4 times....
Telephone interview to understand high level experience and suitability of role followed by a technical interview to understand problem solving skills and approach to real life business problem. Third interview was competency based.
