It was a phone interview with HR and an engineer that would be guiding the new EE. (The company has a flat management type so there isn't really a "manager" of the position.) The interview was under an hour but very positive. I had a co-op (internship) experience that they asked questions about. It's good to have exact examples to talk about to show your skills.
