Went to the Job Fair and was immediately asked to come back for a real interview after they reviewed my resume. My first interview was with the merchandising manager who asked me a bunch of nonsense and basic apparel questions. I got a call back a week later inviting me for yet another interview but when I went it was for a completely different department and with a different manager. He offered me the position on the spot and explained to me when orientation took place.
