Had an initial phone interview. Very nice recruiter, unfortunately compensation was the issue. Was told 16.50 is starting, plus ten percent sales commission and $300 quarterly bonus. I would need a bit more to leave my job. Interview was ended at that point.

There were multiple interviews in New Berlin, the human resources woman had me take a test. Most of the first test was about honesty and integrity, being that we are alone or with minimal supervision in customers homes, then later about their pest control philosophy. Their philosophy is to sweep the basement upper vertical corners for cobwebs.
