The interview was very straightforward. I applied to a position as a nurse resident, as I jsut graduated school. The initial interview was a 'round-up' style interview where a large number (close to a hundred) of applicants were interviewed by managers from all of the med/surg and m/s/tele units across the Morton Plant Mease portion of BayCare. After moving forward at the round-up, I received another interview for the unit that I requested and was offered a position.

The initial HR phone call was to discuss details and salary expectations before the in person interview then offer. Questions about RN experience and application to the job role. They discussed each relevant previous job on the resume line by line.

straight forward, know a response concerning your goals and where you see yourself in 5 years. Attractive pay, tuition reimbursment is low but they do have opportunities in critical shortage areas
