Entrevista
A short (15 minute) phone interview was followed with a panel interview with three interviewers. Phone interview was short and simple with the hiring manager. For panel, they had a list of questions, but one interviewer seemed to take over after about 15 minutes and then the other two interviewers seemed confused about the structure of the interview. In general, the interviewers seemed inexperienced with the interview process and seemed to struggle. I brought in some past work to share, and the dominant interviewer made a couple of pejorative jokes about my past work that seemed inappropriate for an interview process. If I could have figured out how to do it gracefully, I would have ended the interview process early and exited the job selection process on the spot.

Entrevista
Applied online and got a WhatsApp message from HR less than a week after I applied asking if I had time to talk within the day. We agreed on a timing but HR called 15 mins earlier; I wasn’t available. I quickly wrapped up what I was doing and messaged HR 3 mins later, telling her I am now free. She then tells me she will call in 15 mins as she is now engaged in another call. I never got the call from her despite follow ups.

Entrevista
Phone screen by HR/recruiter then panel interview by team and hiring manager over several weeks. After multiple attempts to follow up, no feedback provided. Very disappointed with no feedback considering I had a panel interview, was highly qualified for position and was a consultant for the company.

Entrevista
Submitted my resume through an online job board and got a call the next day with the sourcing recruiter. She thought I was a great fit for the role, indicated she'd pass my resume to the hiring manager. Two weeks go by without a word, so I followed up, she then indicated she would reach back out to the hiring manager to get his feedback, 3 weeks and counting... Radio Silence. I get the hint but it be more professional of them to provide an update.
