Entrevista
I was initially placed there through a staffing company and after the 120 days, they decided to hire me as a permanent employee. In doing so, I was giving my performance review while the other employees had their yearly review. During the review they - the head pharmacist and lead tech/manager - glanced over how far I'd gotten as well as all the mistakes that I'd made over time. I told them that the person they stuck me with to train my was a trainee herself to be a pharmacy tech and knew next to nothing about dealing with the lobby and placing orders for it, so I ended up teaching myself and that of course I was going to make mistakes while trying to figure out the correct way of doing things. After that they started bring up the current happenings in my personal life, which I'd tried my hardest not to bring into the work place; but they still managed to twist things around as to say that I couldn't get things right because of my personal situations. That was more than a little unprofressional of them. Other than that the following interview and appointments/orientations at the main hospital were straight, to the point and about business/policies/procedures only.

Entrevista
The interview process was not difficult. I had a one on one interview with a manager. She asked me some basic questions about why I wanted to work there. The interview did not last long. The process did take a long time. I applied for the job maybe two months before hearing anything back.
