The interview process took place over the phone. Recruiter was super dry and asked no questions about me except to tell me that I would be waitlisted. I was mislead and it was a waste of time.

I applied online and was offered a online interview through Hire Vue. It took about 2 months to hear back and get a phone interview and the recruiter asked me what my GPA was and where I graduated from and that was all. The person did not seem interested in getting to know me as a person.

Record video for 15 minutes which asked several questions, second interview with floor manager and two other members, third peer interview which lasted more than an hour each. Longer than I expected, but very relaxed and friendly interview using hirevue service.
