We also treat each interview opportunity with the utmost respect towards the candidate with whom we are speaking. We did not open the position nor begin conducting interviews with candidates until August 2021, which doesn’t align with the timeline you mentioned in your review. We never ask, “why do you want to work here?” during an interview. Initial interviews focus on getting to know you as a person and what you look for in your work culture. Fit is important to us, so we don’t use the interview as purely a skills evaluation based on the job description. We also provide time for you to ask us questions about us before outlining what to expect moving forward.
