Comprehensive technical interview focused on mid-level management techniques and knowledge of the specific engineering area in which I would be working. The interview panel was 4 people - the senior manager and 3 technical SMEs. They were an inviting group that were easy to talk with and seemed interested in a discussion more than an interview.
